We Believe

Essential Beliefs

• The Lord Jesus Christ as the only Savior (John 14:6) and the true head of His church (Col. 1:18).

• The Bible is the inspired Word of God and without error. (Psalm 19:7-9 & 2 Timothy 3:16-17) God has revealed himself thru the Bible and the Bible is our supreme authority for living the Christian life (2 Peter 1:21)

• Believing this, we have organized ourselves in accordance with the scriptural emphasis of congregational governance and the priesthood of all believers.

• As an independent congregation, we freely choose to cooperate with the Southern Baptist Convention in order to further cooperative missions and doctrinal fidelity.
